On Wednesday, 8, a talk was held at the Associação Comercial e Empresarial de Guarapuava, Acig, to present the Innovative Company Award to companies in the region.
The Innovative Company Award is part of the Viasoft Connect 2023 program and is sponsored by Viasoft, with encouragement from the Government of Paraná, through the General Superintendence of Innovation, SGI and the Civil House. The award is co-sponsored by Haze Shift Consultoria, Universidade Positivo and RPC.
In the opening talk, authorities and representatives of sponsoring and supporting companies of the event explained how innovation has impacted the region and the need for companies to be moving in this direction.
The president of Viasoft, Itamir Viola, pointed out in his speech that besides recognizing the innovative companies, the award aims to give an Innovation Diagnosis, which exposes the strengths and weaknesses of the company and enables it to understand where it is positioned in terms of innovation.
One of the speakers at the event was the Director of Operations at Cilla Tech Park, Lorenzo Junior, who presented the Practical Results of being recognized as an Innovative Company. In his speech he approached the importance of innovation to add value to the business, which provides the company with more success.
The participants were also introduced to the award’s format, which begins with a self-assessment, where the company fills in the information as they apply innovation to their reality. Based on the answers, an Innovation Diagnosis is made, and the best placed companies in each segment (industry, cooperatives, retail, and services) are selected to compete for the Innovative Company Award.
