Guarapuava will host the next Meeting of Technology Parks of Paraná

Last week, between November 22nd and 23rd, the Directors of Cilla Tech Park, Geri Dutra and Lorenzo Jr., went to Maringá to attend the 4th Meeting of Technology Parks, promoted by the State System of Technology Parks of Paraná (Separtec).

With the presence of more than 20 speakers and several leaders linked to the area of technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation, the event sought to promote broad discussions, the strengthening of connections, and the exchange of knowledge among the participants.

According to the CTP General Director, Geri Dutra, the event featured many important talks and provided an opportunity for an exchange between other parks and ecosystems to align strategies and strengthen innovation in the state. “We had several moments to pass on information about Separtec, how the application for definitive accreditation will work, how the accreditation of new parks will work, we had moments where good practices of technological parks were presented, besides the networking so that we can think about a more effective approach with these other parks”, he said.

Guarapuava and the region stood out in the event both for the Genome Valley, which, according to the CTP CEO, received several compliments and had work models connected to the ecosystem presented in the program, and for the important announcement announced by the General Superintendent of Science, Technology, and Higher Education, Aldo Nelson Bona, that Guarapuava will host the 5th Meeting of Technological Parks of Paraná.

For Cilla Tech Park it is an honor to host this meeting that addresses fundamental issues for the strengthening of the innovation ecosystem in the state. “The meeting highlights important points that make Paraná to consolidate itself in terms of technology parks and shows that there is a concern in having a high added value entrepreneurship happening, that the transformation through knowledge happens and that is exactly what we seek to do in Guarapuava and in the region”, he guarantees.

The Guarapuava Technology Park aims to be an entrepreneurial environment, a promoter of prosperity and regional development, and the Genome Valley has been the main tool for this to happen. Hosting the next edition of the meeting will be one more step to present the actions of the park, strengthen connections and build better futures together.
